Delete your account
What happens
Your account and sign-in record are deleted immediately, with no copy kept. Projects and 360° photos stay on your phone — they are local files and are never uploaded.
Your .bz360 backups will no longer open after this — not even if you sign up
again with the same email. Nothing in them can be recovered.
Delete it here
Sign in with the Google account you use in Bluez360, then confirm.

Or delete it in the app
- Open Bluez360 and sign in.
- Profile icon → Settings → Delete Account.
- Tick the box and tap Delete My Account.
Or ask us
If you cannot sign in, email bluez360.studio@gmail.com from the address on the account and we will delete it for you.
